摘要 针对原有高强度厚规格汽车及工程机械用钢低温冲击性能不能满足客户使用要求的问题分析了原因,并制定和实施了一系列改进措施。通过将Nb作为主要强化元素,Ti、V作为辅助强化元素的化学成分体系,充分发挥Nb在微合金钢中的细化晶粒作用,同时按Nb的特性设计控轧控冷工艺,保证了高强度(Rm≥700 MPa)厚规格(≥6 mm)汽车及工程机械用钢良好低温冲击性能。 For the low temperature impact performance of high strength and thick specification steel for automobiles and construction machinery cannot meet the requirements of customers, the reasons are analyzed and a series of improvement measures are formulated and implemented. The good low temperature impact property of high strength (Rm≥700 MPa) thick specification (≥6 mm) automobile and construction machinery steel is ensured through using Nb as the main strengthening element and Ti and V as the auxiliary strengthening element, full playing the grain refining effect of Nb in micro-alloyed steel and designing the control rolling and control cooling process according to the characteristics of Nb.
