小型角钢剪切系统设备改造实践

摘要 针对河钢宣钢小型轧钢厂二小型作业区型钢生产线投产后,角钢在冷床冷却时容易出现塌腰、扭曲现象,无法正常进入冷剪完成剪切,严重制约生产线产量问题,对剪切设备系统进行了一系列改造。先后采取设计预矫直设备、优化压辊轴承座、安装液压齐头挡板等措施,减少剪切设备对生产线产量的影响,生产线产量由改造前的月最高产量4 323. 2 t,提高到改造后的14 067. 1 t,大幅提高了生产线作业率。 After the section steel production line was put into operation in No.2 operation area of small steel rolling in Xuansteel, the angle steel is prone to collapse and twist with cooling in the cold bed, and cannot enter the cold shear normally, which seriously restricts the production line. Therefore, a series of modifications have been made to the shearing equipment system. Measures such as designing pre-straightening equipment , optimizing roller bearing seat and installing hydraulic head-aligned baffle were adopted to reduce the influence of shearing equipment on production line. The production line output was increased from the highest monthly output of 4 323.2 t to 14 067.1 t after transformation, and the operation rate of production line was greatly increased.
