摘要
针对新能源车用磷酸铁锂动力电池的温度分布问题,本文以本公司生产的磷酸铁锂动力电池为研究对象,基于电池热分析的数学模型和有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件对单体电池的温度分布进行了仿真计算。结果表明,在1C、2C和3C放电倍率下,单体电池的最高温度分别为34.3629℃、53.7926℃和83.3099℃。在冷却方式中,水冷的冷却效果最佳。本文为电池设计和测定电池实际温度分布提供了依据。
This paper researched on the temperature field characteristics of LiFePO4 power battery used in electric vehicles (EV) at various discharge ratio, by ANSYS software based on emulated calculation and finite element method. The results showed that the highest temperature of the batteries were 34.3629 ℃ for 1C, 53.7926 ℃for 2C, 83.3099 ℃ for 3C, respectively. Water-cooling was the best way to cool the battery. This paper provided basis for the design and temperature field test of battery.
