摘要
粉煤灰以其优越的性能作为水泥混合材被业内普遍使用,但循环流化床燃煤固硫灰,其烧失量、SO3、f-CaO均高于粉煤灰,本文通过所用固硫灰与粉煤灰的对比,小磨和大磨的对比试验表明:固硫灰细度比较细、28d活性指数高于普通粉煤灰,用于水泥生产可以减少熟料消耗、提高磨机产量、降低电耗。
Fly ash as cement admixture has been widely used in the industry with its superior performanee, but the content of the ignition loss, SO3,f-CaO of eoal solid sulfur ash of eireulating fluidized bed is higher than fly ash.Through eomparison of solid sulfur ash and fly ash, refined and large grinding experiment, this paper shows that the solid sulfur ash fineness is thinner, 28 d aetivity index is higher than the eommon fly ash, whieh used in eement elinker produetion ean reduee eonsumption, improve the output of the mill , reduee power eonsumption.
