摘要
在辊压机设备中,轴承是核心的部件之一,它的使用寿命将会直接影响到整机设备的稳定性和可靠性。本文从辊压机主轴承材料选用、热处理工艺、轴承内部结构设计优化、相关部件结构设计、安装及使用各个环节进行分析论证,改造后轴承实际使用效果良好,轴承寿命显著提升,节约成本。
In the equipments of roller press, bearing is one of the core components, and its service life will directly affect the stabilily and reliability of the whole equipment.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the seleetion of main bearing materials, thermal treatment- teehnology, interior strueture design optimization of bearing, struetural design, installation and use of related eomponents. After the modifieation, the aetual use effeet of bearing is good, the service life of bearing is signifieantly improved, and the eost is saved.
