摘要
目前许多使用中的圆形堆场预均化系统设备之间联锁和控制比较简单,重要参数未能很好的监测,设备长期处于欠载或过载等非正常状态。以5000t/d及以上水泥生产线石灰石预均化系统为例,介绍了堆取料系统,上游石灰石破碎以及输送系统,下游石灰石库以及输送系统存在的问题,提出了以无线工业以太网通信方式取代电缆连接方式为基础的升级改造方案,该方案通过少量硬件投入,用较小的投资,提升系统整体性能。
At present, the interlocking and control between the equipments in use of circular preblend stockpile is relatively simple, the important parameters are not well monitored, and the equipment is in the abnormal state of under load or overload for a long time. Taking the limestone pre homogenization system of the 5000 t/d and above cement production line as an example, the paper introduces the problems of the pile and reelaimer system, the upstream limestone crushing and the conveying system, the downstream limestone storehouse and the conveying system, and puts forward the upgrading and transformation scheme based on the replacement of the cable connection mode by the wireless industrial Ethernet communication mode. The scheme improves the overall performance of the system through a small amount of hardware input and small investment.
