淄博崇正水泥有限责任公司10500t/d熟料生产线配套60MW余热发电机组采用了山东某公司的电化学联合超声波水处理技术,分析了化学药剂阻垢和杀菌方法的弊端以及电化学-超声波水处理技术的优势,详细介绍了该公司电化学-超声波水处理系统的建设及应用效果。
The 60 MW waste heat power generator plant in the 1 500 t/d clinker production line of Zibo Chong Zheng Cement Co., Ltd. adopted eleetroehemieal-uhrasonie water treatment technology of a company in Shandong, analyzed the disadvantages of the methods of scale inhibition and sterilization of chemical agents, and the advantages of electrochemical ultrasonic water treatment technology. The construction and application effect of sonic water treatment system were introduced in detail.
