钢仓环箍设计及相关计算探讨

Design and related calculation of ring hoop in steel silo

摘要 水泥生产行业经常会用到钢制圆形储料仓,然而对于钢仓上环箍的设计方法,已实施的《粮食钢板筒仓设计规范》GB50322—2011[1]及《钢筒仓技术规范》GB 50884—2013[2]都没有给出设计公式,本文在相关文献研究成果的基础上提出具体设计建议,并举实例进行计算。 Steel circular storage bin is often used in cement production industry, but design method for hoop on steel silo, implemented standards of the grain steel silo design GB 50322-2011and the teehnieal speeifieation for steel eylinder storehouse of GB 50884- 2013 have no design formulas. The detailed design proposal is put forward on the basis ofthe related literature researeh and a ease is shown to ealeulate.
