水泥厂石灰石矿山配套建设年产200万t骨料生产线工艺设计

Process design of cement limestone mine construction with 2000000 t/y aggregate production line

本文以原5000t/d熟料水泥生产线自有矿山为基础,通过在原水泥生产线石灰石破碎系统工艺上利用自有石灰石矿山配套建设年产200万t砂石骨料生产线。从水泥生产线与骨料生产线对石灰石粒度级配需求,破碎方案选择,主机设备及工艺流程三个方面介绍了其技术要点,实际应用效果良好。

Based on the original 5 000t/d clinker cement production line＇s own mine, this paper constructed an annual production line of 2 million tons of sand and stone aggregate by using the limestone crushing system technology of original cement production line.This pa- per introduces the technical key points from three aspects： cement production line and aggregate production line for gradation of lime- stone, choice of crushing scheme, main machine and process flow of sand and gravel aggregate production line, which has good actual application effect.
