辊压机减速机轴承座孔的修复方法

摘要 针对辊压机减速机轴承座孔的修复,提出"加工扩大轴承座孔然后镶圆环"的方法。利用厚壁圆筒理论的传统方法和有限元模拟方法对修复方案进行对比分析,冷缩装配后圆环内孔会产生一定的收缩量,收缩量随着圆环轴向距离的变化而变化,采用修复方法时需考虑到此收缩量。同时,本修复方案对其他相似内孔的修复工作具有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the repair of the bearing housing of the roller press reducer, the plan of "expanding the hole of the bearing seat and then setting the ring" is put forward. The traditional method of thick-cylinder theory and FEA are used to compare and analyze the repair method. After the cold shrink assembly, the inner hole of the ring will produce certain shrinkage, and the shrinkage is changed with the change of the axial distance of the ring. Therefore, the shrinkage should be taken into account when the repair method is used. At the same time, this repair plan has some guiding significance for other similar inner hole repair work.
