王不留行籽耳穴贴压对卒中恢复期患者疲劳干预对照研究

Effect of Auricular Plaster Therapy with Cowherb Seed on Fatigue Strength of Convalescent Stroke Patients

目的探讨王不留行籽耳穴贴压对卒中后恢复期疲劳患者疲劳强度的影响。方法将64例卒中后恢复期疲劳患者随机分为王不留行籽耳穴贴压组、灯心草耳穴贴敷组,各32例。2组患者均接受常规护理方案,王不留行籽耳穴贴压组予王不留行籽耳穴按压,灯心草耳穴贴敷组予灯心草耳穴贴敷、不按压。每隔3 d更换另一侧耳廓贴敷,双耳交替,10 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程。王不留行籽耳穴贴压组,每次每穴按压10次,每日3餐后及睡前分别按压1次。干预前、干预1月末,采用个人疲劳强度问卷进行评定。结果共61例卒中后恢复期疲劳患者完成试验。干预1月末,2组卒中后恢复期疲劳患者个人疲劳强度总分、主观疲劳感、注意力、动力及体力各维度得分均低于干预前(P<0.01);王不留行籽耳穴贴压组疲劳程度总分、体力维度得分均低于灯心草耳穴贴敷组(P<0.05)。结论王不留行籽耳穴贴压和灯心草耳穴贴敷可以改善卒中恢复期疲劳患者的疲劳严重程度,且王不留行籽耳穴贴压的疗效优于灯心草耳穴贴敷。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular plaster therapy with cowherb seed on fatigue strength of convalescent stroke patients. Methods Sixty-four convalescent patients with post-stroke fatigue were randomly divided into cowherb seed group and juncus effuses group, with 32 cases in each group. Two groups accepted the conventional care. Furthermore, cowherb seed group pressed the points while the juncus effuses group not. The alternation of auricular sticking in two ears was conducted every 3 d for 30 days with 10 d as one course. The cowherb seed group was pressed each point after meals and before bedtime for 10 times. Before and after the intervention（1 month）, the Checklist Individual Strength（CIS） was used to assess the fatigue of the patients in the 2 groups.Results A total of 61 cases completed the trial. After the intervention, the total scores of CIS, subjective experience of fatigue,concentration, motivation and physical activity of the 2 groups were lower than those before the intervention（ P0.01）.The total scores of CIS and activity level of cowherb seed group were lower than those of juncus effuses group（ P0.05）. Conclusion Both auricular acupoint pressing with cowherb seed and auricular acupoint sticking with juncus effuses could alleviate the fatigue of convalescent stroke patients, and the effect of former is superior to the latter.
