客户物流服务创新参与的影响因素研究

摘要 本文从角色性、互动性、合作性三个方面考查了客户物流服务创新参与的影响因素,通过实证研究发现互动性对客户物流服务创新参与有重要影响。根据研究结果,对如何提高客户物流服务创新参与度提出了建议与策略。
