中产阶层在网络公共事件中的集体发声研究

A Study on Collective Voice of the Middle Class in the Network Public

作为社会的稳定器和压舱石,中国中产阶层正在成为走在网络舆论前台的主力军。本文以中产阶层集体发声为主题,研究中产阶层在网络社会中的群像特点,梳理中产阶层集体发声的历时性演变,剖析中产阶层集体发声对舆情及其治理的影响,并提出相应的引导策略建议。研究表明,随着互联网普及率上升,向社会各阶层扩散,中产阶层网民在网民总体中的份额被稀释,但中产阶层仍然掌握着相当程度的网络话语权。以孙志刚事件、厦门PX事件、温州动车事故,2016年以来一系列以安全为关键词的事件为标志,中产阶层已经数次在网络舞台上集体发声,展示出影响舆论洪流的巨大能量。对此,相关部门应从加强重点议题和重点媒介监管,发挥媒体和意见领袖积极作用,保障中产阶层合法权益,引导中产阶层走出＂后院＂,走向公共领域和公共权利等方面出发,科学开展中产阶层舆情治理。

As social stabilizer and ballast stone,middle class is becoming the main force in the front of the network public opinion in China. On the subject of collective voice of middle class,this paper researches characteristics of the middle class in the network society,comb the diachronic evolution of middle class＇ collective voice,analyze its effects on public opinion and governance,and put forward some suggestions of guidance strategies. Studies have shown that the middle class still has considerable network discourse in spite of the proportion in the overall internet users is diluted,with the increase of internet penetration rate and internet spreading to all sectors of society. Marked by the event of Sun Zhigang,Xiamen PX incident,Wenzhou high-speed train accident,a series of incidents taken security as the key words since the year of 2016,and the middle class made collective voice on the network stage several times,showing the huge impact on public opinion flood. In this regard,the relevant departments should strengthen supervision of the key issues and key media,make the media and opinion leaders play a positive role,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the middle class,and guide the middle class from the ＂backyard＂to the public sector and public rights,etc.,so as to govern the middle class public opinion scientificly.
