摘要
网民公共危机信息传播行为是公共危机传播的重要组成部分。本文从网民心理视角出发,通过网络调查问卷对627名网民进行测查,运用结构方程模型,考察了网络自我效能、网络人际信任对网民公共危机信息传播行为的影响机制。研究发现:网络自我效能对网民公共危机信息获取和生产均具有显著正向影响;网络人际信任在网络自我效能与网民公共危机信息生产之间起部分中介作用;受教育程度负向调节网络自我效能与网民公共危机信息生产的关系。最后,根据该研究结论给出了公共危机信息传播管理的相应策略。
Netizens' public crisis information communicating behaviors are outward manifestation of their cyber-psychology. Based on the perspective of netizens' psychology,this study has conducted an online survey of 627 netizens,and uses the structural equation modeling( SEM) to test the influences mechanism of internet self-efficacy( ISE) and online interpersonal trust( OIT) onnetizens' public crisis information communicating behaviors. The results reveal that: internet self-efficacy has significant positive effect on both netizens' acquisition and production of public crisis information. Online interpersonal trust partially mediates the relationship between internet self-efficacy and netizens' production of public crisis information. Education negatively moderates the relationship between internet self-efficacy and netizens' production of public crisis information.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions for management of public crisis information communication are proposed.
