随着电商的发展,逆向物流的概念越来越引起人们的重视。逆向物流是指与传统正向物流相对,为价值恢复或处置合理而对原材料、中间库存、最终产品及相关信息从消费地到起始点的有效实际流动所进行的计划、管理和控制过程。其中,根据信息反馈结果进行电商物流的改革创新、修正计划、调节控制尤为重要。从逆向物流着眼,可以看到高校网购存在许多问题。通过建立高校校园网购的逆向物流信息平台、建立专业逆向物流组织结构、建立＂散户退换货服务平台＂等方式,有利于构建一套适合于高校校园网购的高效的逆向物流体系。

With the development of e-commerce,the concept of reverse logistics has aroused more attention. Reverse logistics, as opposed to the traditional forward logistics,refers to the planning,management and control processes that are effective for the actual flow of raw materials,intermediate inventory,final products and related information from the consumer to the starting point for the recovery or disposal of the value. Among them,according to the results of information feedback,reform and innovation of e-business logistics,correction plans,regulation and control are particularly important. From the reverse logistics focus,there are many online shopping problems in college. By establishing the reverse logistics information platform of online shopping in colleges,professional reverse logistics organization structure,and ＂retail return service platform＂and so on,it is helpful to construct a highly efficient reverse logistics system suitable for college campus shopping.
