摘要
能力是指人为实现目标而对自己体力和智力的运用状态或运用效率。能力的产生,必须以一定的体力和智力为基础,即以一定的素质为基础。但能力是与运动(人的活动)相联系的,是一种过程性的存在。人的能力可以分为三个层次:生理潜能、社会潜能和胜任能力或实际能力。能力基本构成要素:智商、性格、知识、经验和社会环境。在能力问题上,不能仅仅停留于传统的行为主义和功利主义的思维方式,而应当深入到本体论,即研究是什么的思维方式。只有真正理解了什么是能力,才能正确地开发、激励和引导能力,才能有效地优化人力资源管理,使之为实现组织目标服务。
Capactiy means a person’s state or efficiency in using his physical power and intelligence to achieve his goal.Capicity must build on a certain physical and intellectual basis,that is based on a certain quality.But the capicity is associated with the movement(human activity),and it is a process of existence.A person’s capicity can be divided into three levels:physical potential,social potential and competency or practical ability.The basic elements of capacity are:IQ,personality,knowledge,experience and social environment.The study of capacity should not be confined to behaviorism and utilitarianism,which belong to traditional way of thinking,but Ontology,that is,what is the way of thinking,should be studied.Only by truly understanding what capicity is,can we develop,motivate and guide capicity to effectively optimize the human resource management,so as to achieve organizational goals.
