摘要
贫困生职业素质是就业能力提高的先决条件,就业是摆脱家庭困境的出路。贫困生的职业素养与就业竞争力提升,关键在于学校教育这一平台,通过学校教育弥补贫困生家庭教育的缺失。学校教育应打造校园文化和社会实践两块平台,让贫困生在这两块平台上体验"成功感",矫治贫困生"自卑"与"虚荣"的心理。贫困生是极其特殊的学生群体,学校对他们的"关爱"应当是"隐性偏爱",应当把贫困生群体放到全体学生的群体中,在"关爱"贫困生的基础上注重对其心灵的保护。在贫困生的职业素养与就业竞争力提升的实践性和前瞻性的探索中,培养学生专业技能、心理健康教育、实践平台的打造、礼仪行为的规范是四大关键环节。
The professional quality of impoverished college students is the prerequisite for the improvement of employability.Obtaining employment extricates their families from difficult position.The key to improving the professional quality and employment competitiveness of impoverished college students lies in the function of the school education platform,which makes up for deficiency of familiy education of those impoverished students.School education should build two platforms of campus culture and social practice,through which impoverishedcollege students can experience the sense of success and eliminate the sense of inferiority and vanity.Impoverished college students are a special group of students so that the"caring and love"from the collge should be"recessive preference".The impoverished students should be placed in the group of all the students and their psychological health needs our protection,when we give them caring and love.In the practice and exploration of improving the professional quality and employment competitiveness of impoverished college students,the training of professional skills,the education of psychological health,the built of practice platform and the cultivation of good etiquette behavior are the four key links.
