珠海市作为国家商事制度改革试点,参照国际企业登记监管惯例和国内先进的企业登记改革经验,依法进行商事制度改革。实施＂一照一码＂＂多证合一＂的商事登记制度,建立与市场经济发展相适应的企业登记监管制度,按照＂准入条件适当、准入程序简便、准入成本低廉＂标准推进商事登记便利化,建立边界清晰、分工合理、权责一致、运转高效、依法保障的政府职能体系,有力地推动了珠海市经济发展方式的转变。

Zhuhai,as a national testing point,undergoes commercial system reform.It refers to international enterprise registration practice and the company registration reform experience in China,with application of＂one license one code＂and＂combination of multiple certificates＂business registration rules.This builds a business registration system that is in accordance with market economy developments,adding convenience to the system per＂suitable admittance criteria,simple admittance procedure and low cost of admittance＂standards.It aims to build a government function system that has clearly defined boundaries,reasonable work distribution,agreement of responsibilities,efficient operations and offer legal protections,to promote the transformation of the economic system in Zhuhai.
