Construction of “Open Economy New System” under the New Era Background:Research Based on the Perspective of International Political Economy

以国际政治经济学视角分析中国的对外开放演进,可将"开放型经济新体制"界定为一整套管理中国开放型经济与促进开放型世界经济互动的政策设计与体制机制。我国正从世界体系边缘向核心迈进,应从两方面构建"开放型经济新体制"必须完善自身经济机制和重塑世界体系:在国内施行"赶超式"战略和营造对外开放新格局;在全球市场推进"一带一路"合作与中国对外开放—世界市场互动,进而撬动新一轮全球化。

From the perspective of international political economy, the evolution of China＇ s opening to the outside world can be defined as a whole set of policy designs and economic systems to manage China＇ s open economy and promote the interaction of the open world economy. China is moving from the edge to the core of the world system, building a new system of open economy must improve its economic mechanism and reshape of the world system： implement the ＂catch up＂ strategy in the domestic and create a new pattern of opening up ; promote the interaction of Belt and Road Initiative cooperation and China opening - the world market in the global market to pry a new round of globalization.
