区域旅游产业与新型城镇化耦合协调发展实证研究——以衡阳为例

Empirical Study of Coordinated Development between Regional Tourism Industry and New Urbanization Modernization——A Case Study of Hengyang City

运用物理学中的耦合协调度评价型和综合指数法及Pearson相关分析法,构建出旅游产业与城镇化的耦合模型和综合评价体系,对衡阳市2004—2016年旅游产业和新型城镇化协调度进行实证研究,探究其规律及耦合协调水平。结果显示:衡阳市旅游产业发展水平呈稳定性增长趋势,而新型城镇化呈波动性增长态势,其综合发展水平整体呈上升趋势;旅游产业与新型城镇化耦合协调指数稳步上升,两系统的耦合协调度目前正处于中等协调发展状态。基于此,政府应调整衡阳地区的城镇化发展布局,强化小城镇服务的相关功能,促进两系统的良性互动协调发展。

This paper constructs a coupling model and comprehensive evaluation system of tourism industry and urbanization by using the coupling coordination degree evaluation and comprehensive index method in physics and Pearson correlation analysis, and makes an empirical study on the coordination degree between tourism industry and new urbanization in Hengyang City from 2004 to 2016, and explores its law and the level of coupling and coordination. The results show that the development degree of tourism industry and comprehensive development level both present a stable growth, new urbanization modernization shows a fluctuating growth trend, and the coupling coordination degree of the two system is in the state of medium coordinated development. Therefore, the government should adjust the layout of urbanization development in Hengyang, strengthen the related functions of small town services, and promote the healthy interaction and coordinated development of the two systems.
