进入大众化高等教育阶段,依据市场需求培养高校毕业生是增强地方本科院校竞争力,优化院校财务管理专业结构设置的前提。面对市场竞争,地方本科院校应当在现有的高等教育分类体系中找准自身的位置,避免"千校一面"的粗放型发展。同时,应加强财务管理人才培养的应用性,地方本科院校也需要建设一套与之相适应的柔性化管理体系。

At the stage of popular higher education, training college graduates according to market demands is the premise of strengthening the competitiveness of local universities and optimizing the structure of financial management major. Local universities should find exact position in the existing classification system of higher education and avoid extensive development. Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the application of financial management personnel training, local undergraduate universities should build a flexible management system in conformity with it.
