摘要
目的:探讨经阴道三维超声影像对多囊卵巢综合征的评价。方法:共入组166例受试者,观察组为83例多囊卵巢综合征而致不孕的患者,对照组为83例非多囊卵巢疾病而致不孕的患者,采用经阴道三维超声为两组受试者进行超声影像检查,采集所观察的卵巢形态学指标,使用成组t检验对组间相同指标进行统计学分析。结果:与对照组比较,观察组SA(卵巢间质面积)、FN(卵泡数)、OV(卵巢体积)、TA(卵巢总面积)、SA/TA等指标均明显增大,最大卵泡直径明显减小,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PSV(收缩期峰值血流)、EDV(舒张末期血流速度)均明显高于对照组,其RI(血流阻力指数)、PI(搏动指数)均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道三维超声影像能正确评价多囊卵巢综合征,具有重要的临床诊断价值,推荐该影像学方法在临床中广泛应用。
Objective: To evaluate the evaluation of polycystic ovary syndrome by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. METHODS: A total of 166 subjects were enrolled (the observation group was 83 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility, and the control group was 83 patients with non-polycystic ovary disease and infertility). Ultrasound imaging was performed on the two groups of subjects, and the observed ovarian morphological indexes were collected. The same indicators between the groups were statistically analyzed using a group t test. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the SA (ovarian interstitial area), FN (follicle number), OV (ovary volume), TA (total ovarian area), SA/TA and other indicators were signifcantly increased in the observation group, and the maximum follicle diameter was obvious. Decreased, the diference between groups (P〈0.05) was statistically signifcant; PSV (peak systolic blood fow) and EDV (end-diastolic blood fow velocity) in the study group were signifcantly higher than the control group, and its RI (fow resistance index) PI (beating index) was signifcantly lower than the control group, and the diference between the groups (P〈0.05) was statistically signifcant. Conclusion: Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can correctly evaluate polycystic ovary syndrome, which has important clinical diagnostic value. It is recommended that this imaging method be widely used in clinical practice.
