Snail蛋白表达水平对妇科宫颈癌患者化疗效果预测的价值研究

Prediction value of the expression level of snail protein for the chemotherapy efficacy in patients with cervical cancer

目的:检测接受新辅助化疗前的宫颈癌组织中Snail蛋白的表达水平,探讨其对妇科患者化疗效果预测的价值。方法:用免疫组化法检测188例患者宫颈癌组织中Snail蛋白的表达水平,统计学分析Snail的表达水平与预后及生存率的关系。结果:188例患者宫颈癌组织标本中Snail的阳性表达率为96. 3%,Snail表达阳性率<80%的占比43. 1%,Snail表达阳性率≥80%的占比56. 9%,Snail高表达组和低表达组生存率分别为75. 3%和82. 5%,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4. 226,P=0. 035)。结论:Snail表达水平与年龄和激素受体状态之间差异均无统计学意义,新辅助化疗的治疗方式对Snail蛋白高表达的患者生存率明显偏低于Snail低表达患者,其对于妇科患者化疗效果的预测和预后具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective：To study the prediction value of the expression level of snail protein for the chemotherapy efficacy in patients with cervical cancer through detecting the expression level of snail protein in cervical cancer tissue before neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and to explore its value in predicting the efficacy of chemotherapy in gynecological patients. Methods： The expression of snail protein in 188 cervical cancer specimen was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the expression level of snail and the prognosis and survival rate was analyzed with statistical methods. Results： The positive expression rate of snail in 188 cervical cancer specimen was 96. 3%. Those with the positive expression rate of snail less than 80% accounted for 43.1% , while those with the positive expression rate of snail no less than 80% accounted for 56. 9%. The survival rate of the snail high expression group and low expression group was 75.3% and 82.5% respectively, with statistically significant difference （χ2 =4. 226, P = 0. 035 ）. Conclusions： There is no significant difference in snail expression between patients with different ages and hormone receptor status, but the survival rate of patients with high snail expression level is lower than those with low expression level when treated by the neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Therefore, it is of significant value for the chemotherapy efficacy prediction and prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
