激素替代联合局部用药在围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者中的疗效及对阴道局部环境的影响研究

Study on the effect of hormone replacement combined with local medication in the patients with atrophic vaginitis during peri-menopausal period and influence for the vaginal local environment

目的:研究与观察激素替代联合局部用药在围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者中的疗效及对阴道局部环境的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年4月邢台市康复医院收治的90例围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(阴道局部用药组) 45例和观察组(激素替代联合局部用药组) 45例。统计与比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的阴道p H值、清洁度、阴道健康评分及阴道灌洗液细胞因子表达水平。结果:观察组的临床疗效好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗前两组患者的阴道p H值、清洁度、阴道健康评分及阴道灌洗液细胞因子表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),而治疗后观察组的阴道p H值、清洁度、阴道健康评分及阴道灌洗液细胞因子表达水平显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:激素替代联合局部用药在围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者中的疗效较好,且对患者的阴道局部环境有较好的改善作用,适用于围绝经期萎缩性阴道炎患者。

Objective：To study and observe the effect of hormone replacement combined with local medication in the patients with atrophic vaginitis during peri-menopausal period and influence for the vaginal local environment. Methods ： 90 patients with atrophic vaginitis during peri-menopausal period in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2017 were set as the study object,and they were randomly divided into control group（ vaginal local medication group）d5 cases and observation group（hormone replacement combined with local medication group）45 cases. Then the clinical effect, vaginal pH value, cleaning degree, vaginal health score and vaginal lavage fluid cytokines expression levels before and after the treatment of two groups were statisticed and compared. Results ：The clinical effect of observation group better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the vaginal pH value, cleaning degree, vaginal health score and vaginal lavage fluid cytokines expression levels of two groups before the treatment were compared, there were no significant differences（ P 〉 0.05 ） , the vaginal pH value, cleaning degree, vaginal health score and vaginal lavage fluid cytokines expression levels of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, there were significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions：The effect of hormone replacement combined with local medication in the patients with atrophic vaginitis during peri-menopausal period is better, and it has better improvement role for the vaginal local environment of patients, so it is suitable to the patients with atrophic vaginitis during peri-menopausal period.
