重组人干扰素α-2b联合泛昔洛韦在生殖器疱疹合并湿疹患者中的应用及对机体免疫的影响研究

Application of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined withfamciclovir in patients with genital herpes complicated with eczema and its effect on the immune function

目的:探讨分析重组人干扰素α-2b联合泛昔洛韦在生殖器疱疹合并湿疹患者中的应用及对机体免疫的影响。方法:选取2012年1月至2016年12月在西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院诊治的82例生殖器疱疹合并湿疹患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组41例患者。研究组患者采用重组人干扰素α-2b联合泛昔洛韦治疗,对照组患者采用泛昔洛韦治疗。结果:研究组患者的疱疹和湿疹停止时间、消失时间、开始结痂时间、完全脱痂时间和痊愈时间等临床观察指标明显低于对照组患者,治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后研究组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的CD_4+、CD_8+、CD_4+/CD_8+改善优于对照组患者,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论:对治疗生殖器疱疹合并湿疹的患者,采用重组人干扰素α-2b联合泛昔洛韦治疗方法,提高了患者的临床观察指标,增强了机体的免疫功能,从而提高了患者治疗的有效率,值得在临床推广和应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of famciclovir combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 b in patients with genital herpes complicated with eczema and its effect on the immune function. Methods： A total of 82 patients with genital herpes complicated with eczema treated in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Xi＇an Jiaotong University from January 2012 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with famciclovir and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2 b combined with famciclovir. Results： The clinical observation indexes including herpes and eczema cessation time,disappearing time,start scab time,complete scab time and recovery time were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group,while the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group. Improvements in CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋,CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the T lymphocyte subsets were superior to those in the control group,with statistically significant difference（ all P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Famciclovir combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b in the treatment of patients with genital herpes complicated with eczema can improve the clinical observation indexes and enhance the immune function of patients,hereby improving the efficiency and worthy of clinical application.
