利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者心理性唤起的影响

The influence of risperidone on psychological sexual arousal in male patients with schizophrenia

目的:了解应用利培酮治疗的恢复期男性精神分裂症患者观看国际情绪图片系统中性图片后的情绪反应与正常被试的差异。方法:选用国际情绪图片系统中的性图片及中性图片为刺激材料,采用E-Prime软件编辑试验程序,筛选应用利培酮治疗的恢复期男精神分裂症患者及正常被试各30名,分析两组被试对20幅性图片及20幅中性图片的愉悦度、唤醒度、接近动机的评分差异。结果:两组被试对性图片愉悦度的评分[分别为:精神分裂症组(5. 59±1. 68)分、正常被试组(6. 27±1. 01)分]差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),精神分裂症组对性图片唤醒度[(5. 33±1. 79)分]及接近动机的评分[(5. 19±1. 84)分]均低于正常被试组[分别为:(6. 46±1. 08)分、(6. 23±1. 39)分](均P <0. 05),而两组被试对中性图片三维度的评分均差异无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论:应用利培酮治疗的男性精神分裂症患者面对暴露的性刺激时其性唤起水平及性动机均明显低于正常人群。

Objective：To observe the differences in the reaction to sexual pictures of International Affective Picture System （ IAPS ） between male patients with schizophrenia treated by risperidone and normal males. Methods ： 30 patients with schizophrenia in recovery after treated with risperidone and 30 normal people were selected using E-Prime software editing test procedures. The differences in rated valence, arousal and approach motivation by self-report in a 9-point rating scale for 20 sexual pictures and 20 neutral pictures of IAPS between the 30 patients and 30 normal subjects was compared. Results ： Difference in the valence [ patients with schizophrenia （ 5.59 ± 1.68 ） point, normal subjects （ 6. 27 ± 1.01 ） point ] was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The rated arousal [ （5.33± 1.79 ）pointl and approach motivation [ （5. 19 ± 1.84）pointl of patients with schizophrenia towards ＂erotic pictures＂were significantly lower than those of normal subjects [ （6.46 ± 1.08） point and （6. 23 ± 1.39） pointrespectively] （all P 〈 0. 05 ）. However, there was no significant differences in valence, arousal and approach motivation towards neutral pictures between male patients with schizophrenia and normalmales （ all P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ：The psychological sexual arousal and sexual motivation is lower in male patients with schizophrenia treated by risperidone than normal males.
