乳腺癌生存者性生活质量与生活质量关系研究

Study on the correlation between quality of sexual lifeand quality of lifeof breast cancer survivors

目的:探讨乳腺癌康复期患者(BCSs)性生活质量与生活质量的关系,为临床及社区护理干预提供依据。方法:采用自制一般资料和疾病相关资料调查表,自行开发的乳腺癌性生活质量问卷,乳腺癌生命质量中文版问卷对219例BCSs进行调查。结果:性生活质量与生活质量呈显著正相关(R=0. 529,P <0. 01),差异具有统计学意义。婚姻状况、职业状况、付费方式、家庭收入、手术方式、性生活质量为生活质量的影响因素,其中以性生活质量对生活质量的解释度最大(16. 68%)。结论:BCSs性生活质量越高,其生活质量水平越高。BCSs的性生活质量与生活质量关系密切,是生活质量重要组成部分和主要的影响因素之一。因而临床相关医护人员在诊治乳腺癌患者时,可通过改善其性生活质量来提高其康复期生活质量。

Objective： To study the correlation between quality of sexual life and quality of life of breast cancer survivors（ BCSs）,so as to provide guidance for the clinical care of BCSs. Methods： 219 BCSs were investigated with the general data questionnaire,self-developedquestionnaireon quality of sexual life of BCSs and FACT-B（ Chinese version）. Results ： Quality of sexual life was positively correlated with quality of life（ R = 0. 529,P 〈0. 01）. Marital status,occupation,mode of payment,family income,operation method and quality of sexual life were all influencingfactors of the quality of life,where the quality of sexual life was most relevant（ 16. 68%）.Conclusions： For BCSs,the higher the quality of sexual life is,the better the quality of life is,for the quality of sexual life is an important part of and a major influencing factor of the quality of life. Therefore,patients＇ quality of life can be enhanced through improving the quality of sexual life.
