房采区下覆综采工作面矿压规律实测分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析房采区下覆工作面顶板压力影响,以大柳塔煤矿22202综采面为研究对象,对上覆房采区不同支护煤柱对工作面顶板压力的影响进行了分析。结果表明:房采采空区下顶板周期来压步距与实体煤下无明显差别;支架循环末阻力房采采空区下比实体煤下大10. 8%,来压时支架循环末阻力房采采空区下比实体煤下大9. 6%;大小两种煤柱尺寸段下工作面周期来压步距、显著运动步距、支架工作阻力和动载系数均无明显差异,但大煤柱段顶板下沉量为小煤柱段的3. 47倍,达到相同顶板控顶效果(顶板下沉量)时,大煤柱下工作面矿压显现(支架工作阻力)会更强烈。 In order to analyze the influence of roof pressure under the room-pillar mined zone, the 22202 fully mechanized mining face in Daliuta coal mine was taken as the research object, and the influence in different sized coal pillars on the roof pressure of the working face was analyzed. The results show that there is no significant difference for the pressure step space between the two; End cycle resistance for the room-pillar is 10.8% larger than that under the solid coal. And is 9.6% larger while periodic weighting; There is no significant difference in the working step space, the significant moving step, the working resistance of the supports and the live load coefficient under the two different coal pillars size, but for the large sized coal pillar, the subsidence of the roof is 3.47 times that of the small sized. Strata behaviors (the working resistance of the support) under the large sized coal pillar is more stronger to obtain the same roof management.
