双层香蕉弛张筛在成庄矿洗煤厂的应用

摘要 为解决洗末煤系统入洗筛末煤中粉煤含量偏高,造成洗末煤精煤回收率偏低和煤泥水系统处理压力大的问题,成庄矿洗煤厂在洗煤车间原煤分级筛下溜槽至洗末煤转载环节进行脱粉改造,应用UFDB2490双层香蕉弛张筛对入洗筛末煤进行预先筛分脱粉。实践应用表明:粉煤含量降低了50%~60%,提高了洗末煤精煤回收率,降低了煤泥产率和煤泥水系统处理成本,同时最大限度地将粉煤回收到筛末煤系统,取得了显著的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of high content of pulverized coal (P-type coal means less than 6mm in size) in M-type (less than 13mm in size) coal washing system that causes both low clean coal recovery rate and big pressure in water and slurry treatment system, ChengZhuang coal mine carried out reformation engineering to re-grading its raw coal feeding facility in the coal washing workshop process to remove P-type coal , where raw powdered coal is sized by screen chute to M-type coal washing for coal transmission and regrading, that is to adopt the UFDB2490 double layer Banana-type and flip-flop screen to pre-sieving and removing P-type coal from washing screen. The application practice shows that the P-type coal content has been reduced by 50% and 60%, the recovery rate for clean coal has been increased, the rate for coal slurry reduced, and cost of slurry water treatment system have been reduced, and the P-type coal recovery has been maximized in the M-type treatment system.
