煤炭产业是我国能源结构的有机组成部分,对保障人民的日常生活和国民经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义,而从当前我国煤炭行业发展的现状来看,国有煤炭企业面临产能过剩、市场持续低迷、环境污染等问题的困扰,需要进行新常态下煤炭企业的改革。提出了科学限产,制定合理的煤炭销售价格,加强质量管理等应对措施,以保证国有煤炭企业的可持续发展。

The coal industry has being played an indispensible role in China＇s energy structure. It is of great significance to guarantee people＇s daily life and the sustainable development of the national economy. In view of current situation of China＇s coal industry, state-owned coal enterprises are encountering production overcapacity, sluggish market and environmental pressure, so, it is paramount to carry out deep reforms in coal enterprises under the new normal. In order to ensure the sustainable development of state-owned coal enterprises, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as limiting production scientifically, formulating reasonable coal pricing, strengthening quality management and so on.
