摘要 超声无损检测技术在无损检测技术的分支学科里应用最广泛,对箱体类零件进行超声无损检测并开发相应的检测设备意义重大。以超声检测的物理模型和超声检测脉冲反射法的原理为基础,设计了箱体件超声无损检测系统,主要包括探头、转盘、进给传动部件等结构系统和控制系统。同时设计了该系统的实验方案。该系统能对零件进行超声自动检测,自动更换检测探头,检测结果可以进行图形图像化显示和数字判读。 Ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology is the most widely used in the sub-field of non-destructive testing technology. Due to the box parts are widely used, it is of great significance to carry out ultrasonic nondestructive testing and develop corresponding testing equipment. Based on the physical model of ultrasonic testing and the principle of ultrasonic detection pulse reflection method, the design scheme of each part of the detection system is proposed in this paper, including structural system design and control system design. The designed ultrasonic testing equipment for the box parts can automatically detect the parts and replace the detecting probes. The test results can be graphically displayed, and digital interpretation can be read and performed to solve the ultrasonic non-destructive testing.
