摘要
目的:探讨体外短波联合复方玄驹胶囊在治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍中的应用效果。方法:收集咸阳市第一人民医院和西电集团医院泌尿外科门诊2012年7月至2016年12月收治的患者341例,所有病例ⅢB型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍诊断明确。将病例随机分为3组,其中观察组80例,行α1受体阻滞剂、复方玄驹胶囊、体外短波治疗。对照(1)组119例,行α1受体阻滞剂、复方玄驹胶囊治疗;对照(2)组142例,行α1受体阻滞剂、体外短波治疗。治疗前后三组均采用国际前列腺炎症状评分指数表(NIH-CPSI)和前列腺炎相关的性功能指数(PSFI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分进行比较。结果:治疗后三组患者的NIH-CPSI和PSFI均有不同程度的改善,但观察组与对照组的改善程度差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:体外短波联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎所致的性功能障碍可明显改善症状,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of in vitro short-wave combined with compound Xuanju capsule in the treatment of ⅢB prostatitis related sexual dysfunction. Methods: 341 cases of ⅢB prostatitis related sexual dysfunction,from the No,1 People's Hospital of Xianyang and Xi'an XD Group Hospital,2010 July~2012 December,were observed. The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. The observation group con-sisted of 80 patients undergoing α1 receptor blockers,compound Xuanju capsules and in vitro short-wave therapy.In the first control group,119 patients were treated with α1-blockers and compound Xuanju capsules; 142 patients in the second control group were treated with α1-blockers and in vitro short-wave therapy. Before and after treatment,all three groups were compared using the International Prostate Symptom Score Index Table( NIH-CPSI),Prostatitis-Related Sexual Function Index( PSFI) Score,and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale( SAS) Score. Results:There is distinct difference in the indexes on the 3 groups before and after treatment. But indexes of the observation group improved significantly better than the 2 control groups'( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: It is worthy of further clinic promotion,In vitro short-wave combined with compound Xuanju capsule in treatment of IIIB prostatitis related sexual dysfunction,for which can obviously improve the symptom.
