中国艾滋病歧视的挑战及策略

The challenges and strategies of AIDS discrimination in China

我国艾滋病歧视测量方法少,且不统一。反歧视的干预主要为各种形式的培训和宣传教育为主,培训对象主要为大众人群。目前,随着各项法规的修订与完善,艾滋病患者的权益得到了更好的保障。我国艾滋病面临的挑战有:缺乏系统的艾滋病歧视干预方法,艾滋病人隐瞒病情使艾滋病加剧流行,不同人群的艾滋病歧视存在区别,医疗防治系统的缺陷等。艾滋歧视的解决策略有:对艾滋歧视进行系统干预,完善不同人群的权利保护,优化艾滋病社会防治系统等。

The measurement methods of AIDS discrimination were small and inconsistent and the main forms of anti-discrimination were based on chaining and education. As the improvement of the law,the human right were safeguarded better from discrimination. The challenge we had being meeting were： the lack of intervention methods,the concealing disease made more prevalent of AIDS,the AIDS discrimination has distinction in deferent populations,and the medical system had defects. The strategies of aiti-discrimination were： the systematic intervention of AIDS discrimination,improving the right protection of different groups,and perfecting the AIDS social prevention systems.
