摘要
可交互式维修操作类手册是以民航发动机的维修理论为基础,参考AMM手册等与维修相关的材料而进行的。本技术采用UG作为建立发动机模型的建模工具,再将此模型导入到Cortona软件中,对此模型进行相应的拆装仿真以及二次开发等操作。使得相关人员能够以一种直观的方式了解或学习发动机重要部件的拆装过程,能够较好地节省教育成本,克服场地、资金、师资缺乏的困境。
The interactive maintenance operation manual is based on the maintenance theory of civil aviation engine, referring to AMM manual and other related maintenance materials. In this technology, UG is used as the modeling tool for building engine models. Then the model is imported into Cortona software, and the corresponding disassembly, simulation and operation of the two development are carried out. It enables relevant personnel to understand or learn the disassembly and assembly process of important parts of an engine in an intuitive way, which can better save education costs and overcome the plight of shortage of venues, funds and teachers.
