In recent years, green development has attracted wide attention as one of the national development strategies. How to achieve industrial green transformation and upgrading has also led to numerous discussions. The comprehensive development of green finance and in-depth research on green total factor productivity provide a new solution to this problem. This paper summarizes the overview of green finance and green total factor productivity in China, and taking the interactions between the two into consideration, analyses their positive influences on the green development and transformation of financial industry and real economy.
