ZHANG Mu was one of the most important Neo-Confucianist of Zhongzhou Xia-feng School at the first years of Qing Dynasty. he was also the founder of Qi＇ an School. He kept teaching and studying Confucianism all his life, and wrote lots of academic works. Zhang-mu played a great role of the development of Xia-feng School.
