异食癖对哺乳期犊牛生长性能、血液免疫和抗氧化指标的影响. 被引量:4

摘要 为研究异食癖对哺乳期犊牛生长性能、血液免疫和抗氧化指标的影响,选择具有舔食牛毛、沙子等症状,表现为被毛粗乱、消瘦、发育受阻的12头哺乳期犊牛作为异食癖组,无舔食牛毛、沙子等症状并表现健康的12头犊牛作为正常组,饲喂到断奶。结果发现,异食癖组体斜长及胸围绝对增长量显著低于正常组(P<0.05),而且不同日龄阶段影响程度不同;平均日干物质采食量与日增重呈现出相同的变化规律,在0~21d、21~42d期间,异食癖组犊牛较正常组犊牛显著降低(P<0.05),在43~56日龄期间,两组差异不显著(P>0.05),整个哺乳期(0~56d)异食癖组较正常组显著降低(P<0.05);从料重比指标分析,在0~21日龄期间,异食癖组犊牛较正常组犊牛显著增加(P<0.05),在21~42d、43~56d,两组差异不显著(P>0.05),整个哺乳期(0~56d)异食癖组较正常组显著增加(P<0.05)。异食癖组犊牛血液中的白细胞数目和中性粒细胞数目显著高于正常组(P<0.05);血液总抗氧化能力显著低于正常组(P<0.05),丙二醛浓度较正常组显著增加(P<0.05);血液IgG、IgM浓度较正常组显著降低(P<0.05),血液IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α与正常组比较则显著升高(P<0.05)。 To study the effects of pica on the growth performance, blood immunity, and antioxidant indices of suckling calves. The twelve calves with the symptoms of licking hair, sand and etc were selected as the pica group which suffered rough hair, weight loss and impaired development , and other healthy 12 calves as the normal group with no pica. Results showed that, body length and chest circumference absolute growth of calves of pica were signifcantly lower than the normal group during suckling period (P〈0.05), and the infuence degree of different days of age was different. Analysis average daily dry matter intake and weight gain indicators showed that, pica group calves and normal group calves have the same infuence law at different stages of the suckling period, during the 0-21 days and 21-42 days of age, the calves of pica group were signifcantly lower than the normal group(P〈0.05), during the 43-56 days of age, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05), but the pica group calves were signifcantly lower than that of the normal group during suckling period(0-56d)(P〈0.05). The feed gain ratio index of the pica group was signifcantly higher than that of the normal group during the 0-21 days age(P〈0.05), during the 21-42d and 43-56d ages, there was no signifcant difference in feed weight ratio between the two groups (P〉0.05), but the calves of the pica group was signifcantly higher than that of the normal group during the whole suckling period (0-56d)(P〈0.05). The number of white cell and neutrophils in the blood of calves from the pica group were significantly higher than the normal group (P〈0.05). The total antioxidant capacity in the blood of pica group was signifcantly lower than that of the normal group (P〈0.05). Malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration of the pica group was signifcantly higher than the normal group (P〈0.05). The concentrations of IgG and IgM in the blood of the pica group were signifcantly lower than those of the normal group (P〈0.05) , the IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α in the blood of calves of the pica group were signifcantly higher than those in the normal group (P〈0.05).
