摘要
针对夏季家禽养殖室内降温困难,提出了一种自动检测室温无人操控智能喷雾车的设计方案。通过分析结构特点以及工作原理,设计了以链传动为基础,采用温控开关、计时开关、行程开关等控制装置,实现自动检测室温,无需人工操作智能喷雾降温消毒作业。该产品轻便节能,适用于禽类养殖的降温、杀菌和消毒,也可用于花草养殖的农药喷洒和喷灌,具有良好的发展前景和推广应用价值。
The paper introduced the difficulty of cooling down in poultry breeding room in summer, an unmanned intelligent sprayer is presented,which can automatically detect room temperature. It is analyzed that the structure and working principle of the machine. Basing on the chain structure, it becomes a reality by using temperature detect switch、timing switch controller and overtravel-limit switch that the automatic detection of room temperature without manual operation of intelligent spray cooling disinfection. It is portable and energy saving and is suitable for the cooling、sterilization and disinfection of poultry breeding. It can also be used for the pesticide spraying and sprinkling irrigation of flower culture and has good prospects for development and application value.
