摘要一、引言1999年10月一名17岁中学生未婚怀孕,瞒着家人在家中生产,亲手将仍连着胎盘的初生女儿抛出住所外,导致女婴死亡。同时间又有两宗初生婴儿被遗弃案,当中一例亦已证实是未婚妈妈遗弃刚出生仍连着胎盘的女婴。近期许多意见调查显示,香港不少青少年认为坠胎、未成年进行性行为(16岁以下)等等行为都可以接受。
