大数据时代下图书馆的变革与创新

随着大数据时代的来临,爆炸式的数据信息不断重构着各行各业,图书馆也不例外。而图书馆作为高校信息和资源中心,如何发挥大数据的真正价值,已成为学术界研究的重要课题。本文首先从几个方面分析了大数据的涵义和特征,其次从管理上、技术上、人员上等三个方面阐述了大数据时代图书馆应如何迎接挑战。最后,在大数据时代,阐述了图书馆应做出怎样的变革和创新。

With the advent of the era of big data, explosive data information is constantly reconstructing all walks of life, and libraries are no exception.As the information and resource center of colleges and universities, how to bring into play the real value of big data has become an important topic in academic research. This paper first analyzes the meaning and characteristics of big data from several aspects, and then expounds how libraries should meet the challenges in the big data era from three aspects： management, technology, and personnel. Finally, in the era of big data, this paper expounds what changes and innovations libraries should make.
