摘要
烘丝机是生产线的关键设备,筒壁温度的高低直接影响烘后烟丝的内外在质量,为减少来料状态以及环境温湿度对烘丝机筒壁温度的影响,分析了烘丝机干燥过程传统的控制原理,针对传统控制回路的缺点,提出了新的控制模式。改进后的控制模式能够提高烘丝过程筒壁温度的稳定性和烘丝机的"自适应性",进而稳定烘后烟丝的内外在质量。
The cut tobacco dryer is the key equipment of the production line, the cylinder wall temperature directly effects the smoking and external quality of dried cut tobacco. In order to reduce the effects of entering material condition and environment temperature and humidity on cylinder wall temperature, the traditional control principle of the cut tobacco dryer was analyzed, and a new control mode was proposed in allusion to the traditional control circuit. The improved control mode increases the stability of cylinder wall temperature and "self-adaptability" of cut tobacco dryer, then steadies the smoking and external quality of dried cut tobacco.
