摘要
蒸汽灭菌器是应用于医药、生物、食品等行业重要设备,其温度参数是影响灭菌效果的重要因素。选用无线单通道温度记录仪和无线双通道温度压力记录仪作为测量设备,检测灭菌器不同点位的温度和灭菌过程的温度曲线。从温度与压力的关系、剩余空气对温度的影响和温度均匀性等方面分析了蒸汽灭菌器在灭菌阶段温度场的特性。探讨了温度场特性对校准结果的影响。
Autoclave plays a major role in medicine, biology, food and other industries. The temperature of autoclave is one of the important factors which affect the sterilization effect. Wireless single channel temperature recorders and wireless dual channel temperature-pressure recorders are used to detect the temperature of the sterilizer at different points and the temperature curve in the sterilization process. The characteristics of temperature field are analyzed in terms of temperature-pressure relationship, the influence of residual air on temperature and temperature evenness etc. In addition,the influence of temperature field characteristics on the uncertainty is discussed.
