实验室空气污染控制技术研究

摘要 种类众多的实验室空气污染不仅对空气有极大的危害,对人体伤害也很大,如不采取有效的净化措施,将严重威胁实验人员的身心健康,为此众多的净化技术被采用,以便能够更好地保证实验室的空气安全。在众多的控制技术中,低温等离子体法被称作是最有效的方法之一,并通过处理SF6的实例,成功证明了低温等离子体净化空气污染物的优越性。
