摘要
雾霾问题不仅涉及到大气与环境,与公众的健康和生活息息相关,还涉及到政治、经济、科技等各个领域。自2011年雾霾问题进入公众视野以来,一直是政府、企业和民众热议的话题。随着空气质量恶化以及公众对雾霾问题关注度的提升,2013年媒体对雾霾的报道呈现出爆炸式增长并形成报道规模。以中国最有影响力的主流媒体《人民日报》为研究对象,选取2013年全年的雾霾相关报道(共177篇)为样本,分析《人民日报》在雾霾新闻报道中议程设置的特点、效果以及存在的问题,来研究环境新闻报道对政府的决策倾向、媒体的环境议题设置和受众环保意识的影响,从而对环境报道议程设置、受众环境意识的持续性构建以及环境报道中媒体功能定位和品牌塑造具有借鉴意义。
Haze problem is not only related to the atmosphere and environment,but also to the health and life of public,the political economic and technological fields as well.Since its entering into the public view in 2011,it has been a hot topic among government,enterprises and public.In 2013,there were four major pollution haze periods in China,involving more than 30 provinces and cities.Haze has become one of the focal points of the government’s two sessions which led to an orgy of public opinion.With the deterioration of air quality and public awareness,media reports of haze in 2013 showed an explosive growth.Taking People's Daily, China’s most influential mainstream media,as the research object,this paper selects 177 fog and haze related reports in 2013 as the sample,analyzes the characteristics,effects and existing problems of the agenda setting of People's Daily, and studies the tendency of environmental news reports to the government’s decision-making.it can be used for reference in setting the agenda of environmental reporting,constructing the audience's environmental awareness,and positioning the media function and brand building in environmental reporting.
