PA型紫苏种质评价及产量构成因素分析

Evaluation of PA-type Perilla Germplasm and Analysis of Yield Components

目的:对宜于药用的9份PA型紫苏种质以产叶为目的进行评价,并对影响叶产量和籽粒产量的因素进行探究;方法:9份PA型紫苏种质种植后,对株型、叶、穗等形态性状,以及二级分枝数、有效穗数等农艺性状及产量进行测量、统计评价与分析;结果:其中3份种质叶产量较高,值得进一步选育成叶用型品种。紫苏单株干叶产量主要受株高、一、二级分枝数与单株的叶片数量相关的性状影响,而与十片干叶重相关性不大,单株籽粒产量则同时受有效穗数和千粒重影响;结论:植株较高和一、二级分枝数多的类型是叶用型紫苏为提高产量主要的选择性状,而平均节间距高、有效穗多、千粒重高的类型,则籽粒产量较高。

Objective： To evaluate the capacity of producing leaves of 9 PA-type perilla germplasnl for medici- nal use, and investigate factors affecting leaf yield and grain yield; Methods： 9 PA-type perilla germplasnl were planted, then the morphological characters such as the shape of strains, leaves, panicles, ere and the agronomic traits such as secondary branch number, effective panicles were measured, the yield of Perilla also be counted. Results ： The leaves yields of three germplasnl were high and worth of further selecting for the leaves utiliza- tion type varieties. The dry- leaf yield of per plant was mainly affected by the traits related to leaves number of per plant, such as plant height, primary and secondary branches number, and had little correlation with weight of per ten leav- es. Grain yield of per plant was both affected by the number of effective panicle and the 1000-grain weight. Conclusion ： Higher plants and more primary and secondary branches were the typical characteristics of leaves utilization type perilla, while long internodes length, a larger number of effective panicles and heavier 1000-grain weight means higher grain yield.
