摘要
目的:分析湖北、四川、江西三个产区南五味子药材中主要化学成分的含量的变化,确定南五味子最佳采收期。方法:分别对南五味子样品中的五味子酯甲、熊果酸、五味子多糖、总鞣质量的含量、醇浸物的含量、水浸物的含量等指标进行测定,并对测定结果进行主成分分析。结果:三个产区不同生长期的南五味子药材中主要化学成分积累具有一定的规律;初步确定湖北、四川、江西三个产区的最佳采收期为9月中下旬。结论:为南五味子最佳采收期的确定提供一定的科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the changes of the main chemical components in the medicinal materials of &'hisandra sphenanthera in three producing areas of Hubei and Sichuan and Jiangxi, and deternfine the best harvest time. Methods: The con- tents of schisandrin, ursolic acid, polysaccharide, total tanning quality, alcohol exlract and soluble extract of S. sphenantlwra sam- ples. Results : There is a certain aeeunmulation rule of major chemical substances of S. sphenanthera in different growth period from three production areas, it approved that the best harvest period of Hubei and Siehuan and Jiangxi is in late September. Conclusion: The result provides a certain scientific basis for the determination of the optimal harvest time of S. sphenanthera.
