摘要
根据每个项目特点的不同,海绵城市设计理念也是不尽相同。一般厂区设计具有建筑底盘大、硬化面积大、径流系数高、绿化率偏低、管线密度高、水质差异大等特点,给厂区内的海绵系统设计带来了一定的困难。鉴于厂区海绵城市系统设计的复杂性、交叉性、重要性,结合北京市大兴区某制药厂厂区内海绵系统设计,从整个项目的设计流程入手,进行工程中海绵城市合理设计问题的简要探讨,并试探性地给出相关专业进行海绵城市设计时候需要注意的一些问题,以及专业之间相互配合设计的一些技巧及方法。
According to the characteristics of each project, the design concept of sponge city is different. The generalfactory area design has the characteristics of large building chassis, large area of hardened area, high runoff coeff icient,low greening rate, high density of pipeline and large difference of water quality, which bring some diff iculties tothe design of the sponge system in the factor y. Considering the complexity, intersecting and importance of thesystem design of the factory area’s sponge city, this paper combines the design of the factory area’s sponge systemof a pharmaceutical factory in Daxing District of Beijing, and starting with the design process of the whole project,making a brief discussion on the problem of the reasonable design of the s ponge city in the project, g iving s omequestions tentatively that should be paid attention to when designing the sponge city, and some skills & methods inmutual cooperation designing between specialties.
