摘要
在高校进行职业技能鉴定有利于培养应用型人才,但是在技能培训过程中由于不同学生对知识的理解能力以及动手操作能力存在差异,导致培训效率不高。本文以新疆大学第36职业技能鉴定所开展的高级电工技能鉴定培训为例,采取民族团结互助,"以优助教"的方式进行培训,对学生的技能水平评定加强过程考核等方式来探讨如何改善技能培训实操课堂。
Vocational skill appraisal in Colleges and universities is conducive to the cultivation of applied talents, butin the process of skill training, the training eff iciency is not high because of the differences of students' understandingof knowledge and practical operation ability. Taking the advanced electrician skill appraisal training carried out by the36 Vocational Skills Accreditation Institute of Xinjiang University as an example, this paper discusses how to improvethe practical classroom of skill training by means of national unity and mutual assistance, training with excellentassistants, and strengthening the process assessment of students' skill level assessment.
