摘要
压水堆核电厂大量使用各类型阀门,而阀门相关的故障及失效一直是核电厂难以根本解决的技术问题。从老化管理角度对核电厂阀门开展基于戴明循环(PDCA)的管理,在对阀门老化机理充分认知的基础上提出管理策略,并就当前业界关注的马氏体阀杆热老化、阀门泄漏、电动阀门监测及气动阀隔膜失效等进行阐释。
Many types of valves are used in pressurized water reactors, and valve related failures have been difficult to solve in nuclear power plants. From the perspective of aging management, the valve of nuclear power plant is managed based on Deming Cycle (PDCA). On the basis of fully understanding the aging mechanism of valve, management strategy is proposed. This article also includes current industry concerns, such as thermal aging of martensitic stainless steel stem, valve leakage,monitoring of electric valves, failure of diaphragm of air-operated valve and so on.
