摘要
旋风分离器被广泛应用于能源、化工、环保、冶金等众多领域,它作为一种重要的气固分离装备,被广泛用于粉尘收集分离。本文对旋风分离器分离塑粉的性能进行了详细的实验研究,分别进行了对塑粉注入质量流恒定下塑粉分离效率和鼓风量恒定下塑粉分离效率的测定。结果表明,旋风分离器在入口气体流速为下对塑粉分离效率最高,分离效率在以上,达到了工厂对旋风分离器分离效率的要求。
Cyclone separator is widely used in energy, chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy and many other fields. As an important gas-solid separation equipment, it is widely used in dust collection and separation. In this paper, detailed experimental studies are carried out on the separation properties of powder. The separation efficiency of plastic powder under constant mass flow and air blast volume are measured respectively .The results show that under the inlet gas flow velocity of 19.4 m/s, the separation efficiency of powder is highest, over 98%, and it has reached the factory requirement of cyclone separation efficiency.
